This splendid red wine is a beautiful deep purple red colour. Complex, with a typical bouquet of spices (vanilla, pepper, clove), and hints of ripe blackberry. Full bodied, with the aroma of vanilla , rounded tannins, balanced acidity and wood tones. Beautiful depth with intense quince aroma. Aged twelve months in Allie oak casks, medium to light toast and twelve months in the bottle.
